i purchased this fridge this past april. not even 48 hours after having it, it stopped cooling. it said it was the temp i wanted it, but you could tell that was wrong. i called home depot, but since it was past the 48 hours there was nothing they could do. it then happened again a a couple days later. i called home depot again and then they reached out to samsung to send a tech out. when the tech came out he couldn't do anything because now it was cooling. i had to throw out groceries twice, which was a couple hundred dollars. it stops cooling so often that i had to buy a thermometer to have sit on the shelf to check to see what the actual temperature is. i hate this fridge! it has been such a headache and not worth the money i spent.

Samsung small French door fridge

I bought this fridge about 6 weeks ago. The space it filled was smaller than usual. It fit perfectly. The French doors have no handles which works well. I don't miss the handles. Clean lines. The freezer in the bottom is the best choice. All food items are at shoulder level. Lots of room on the shelves with large drawers for veg and produce. Door shelves are large enough for a gallon of milk with lots more room for cans and wine bottles etc.

Stops cooling without warning

Twice, the fridge has stopped cooling entirely despite the door panel saying the temperature was correct (and the smart things app as well). Nobody services Samsung in my area so I am waiting for a refund and constantly checking the temperature so my food doesn't spoil again. Very disappointed.

I love not having to bend down to access the refrigerator and there's plenty of room in it. For example: We were able to thaw (and store) a 20 pound turkey in a roaster on o e shelf and still had plenty of room for pies and other Christmas fixins. Most importantly, my wife loves it!

I was able to fit everything from my previous side by side refrigerator into it with ease. It cooled down quickly and started making ice in a surprisingly short amount of time. The brightly lit interior in both the refrigerator section and freezer section makes it easy to locate items. The bottom drawer rolls in and out easily no matter how full it is. The Wi-Fi app is useful especially for notifying you if the door is not closed properly. Overall I really love the modern sleek design. Freezer and Ice maker are bad

as many others have said it will just decide to stop cooling/freezing; in my case the problem has been the freezer specifically. the unit is less then a year old and i have had to defrost the freezer once already to get it working again, saddly as of today i worry ill be defrosting it a second time. we lost everything in the freezer the first time and just never used it again the second time luckly. the ice maker is the worst design i have ever seen. you will knock ice behind the drawers when you open the freezer every time assuming the ice tray is full. the ice will all pile up and then upon opening it will hit the icemaker and get pushed behind.

Nice replacement for my RV

I bought this model to replace the one in my camper. It's performed perfectly all summer and fall. Looks great in my RV too. Would recommend a model with handles though, it took a while to get used to grabbing the hidden handles and the stainless steel get smudged if I'm not careful. Other than that I'm satisfied with the refrigerator, it keeps my food & drinks cold!!

i love love love my new fridge. i love the size the room and the way it cools evenly. the tempature settings are wonderful and no knobs to use to regulate, i think this my best buy ever as far as appliances. now i'm waiting for my stove and dishwasher to be dilvered and they are also samsung

Bad service

When I got the fridge it came with a dent on the door and the delivery man told me to contact my local lowes to have them replace the door. It's been more than 4 months since the day I got my fridge. I didn't pay this much for a dented fridge mine you it's only 4 inches long but still it's unacceptable especially after I've contacted them over 4 times.
